Just traded in my old iPhone 5 for the iPhone 6s Plus. I had the app on the old phone and renown loaded it to this phone. Now when I try to sign in or even set up my Fitbit again, it won't let me sign in or use a new email address. What should I do?

Thanks for already troubleshooting this inconvenience with your Fitbit app, nice way to go! I had a similar situation a few days ago, but I reset the network connection on my phone itself and it allowed the app to let me log in and also stopped my sync problem while on Wi-Fi. Can you give this a go?

Usually, setting up your Date & Time to automatic on your phone (Settings > General > Date & Time) will let you log in to the Fitbit app. However, I would also like to suggest restarting the password for your account in case you're still unable to log in. Give it a try and keep me posted!
