Orientation and Family Programs. Whether it's through mandatory undergraduate Orientation, Panther Camp or our family programming, we want to set you up for a successful and rewarding university experience. We are a resource for your transition to campus and throughout your college career!

If it is your first semester as a fully online student, you are required to complete the Virtual Orientation course through Blackboard prior to meeting with an Academic Advisor. Please check your FIU email account regularly as you will be informed via email when the course has been made available to you. You will have ample time to complete the orientation prior to the registration end date.

Once you've completed the Virtual Orientation, in order to have your hold removed and register for classes, you will need to meet with an Academic Advisor.Students in fully-online degree programs should make an appointment with your Academic Advisor via your Panther Success Network.. All others will want to sign up for an On-Campus Orientation program.
