The district’s student information system allows parents to access grades, progress reports and attendance. Focus will serve parents/guardians, students, teachers and administrators. Teachers/Administrators/Students do not have to register. Current district username and password will allow access to Focus.

Focus is the Student Information System used by the Escambia County School District. It is a safe and secure data management system for student grades, schedules, attendance, discipline, etc. Parents can also access the Parent Portal to view their student's grades. To register for the first time, click here.

Parents can access their student's grades and teacher websites through the Focus Grade Portal. Students login using their district issued user ID and password. Parents/Guardians can access the Focus Grade Portal with their district- issued logins and passwords which can be obtained from the main office or guidance office with proper identification.

Parents/Guardians must register for a Parent/Guardian Account to access Focus, OneView, and the Mobile App. Teachers/Administrators/Students use their district username and password to access Focus, OneView, and the Mobile App. Employees that are also a parent/guardian to a DCPS student must also register for a separate parent/guardian account using a personal email address.
