Hello all, How would one find his old log-in details for a Wanadoo/Orange email account? I think it was a fsmail.net address. Any help appreciated.

Hello @stardriffter when did you last access your Fsmail account? If it was still active when the Orange email service closed then you will be able to access your Fsmail account via POP3/IMAP4 only for two weeks starting from 12th June giving you the chance to receive the recovery email and complete the recovery process then.

Mar 03, 2017 · Hi fellow compers I don't know if anyone else is using orange email, I have always used an fsmail account for all my comping and have been told they are closing these accounts at the end of May so having to switch absolutely every login, newsletter etc etc!

I can get to the orange email login page from the EE page. But if I use my user name (my email address) and password, which is what I use for the account on Outlook, it says that i am using an alias - and I should use my mobile number. If I use my mobile number (which used to be what worked) it then says it is unrecognised.

I've tried everything to import my emails from my fsmail.net email, but I can't get past the pop username part. I've read the previous post about this but still not working. My full email address is [email protected] so what do I put in for my pop username? I've tried fsmail.net, xxx.orangehome.co.uk and the whole lot?

Mar 23, 2017 · Many of us have been using Orange/Freeserve/Wanadoo email accounts since they were introduced about 20 years ago. Now BT/EE plans to shut them down at the end of May 2017.
