Use 'Manage my booking' to make changes to your contact or car registration details and car park, up to 24 hours before your entry time. When amending any aspect of your parking a new booking and payment will be created and a refund for your old booking will be issued. This may take up to 7 days.

Can I change the registration details attached to my booking? You can amend the details of the car attached to your booking up to 24 hours before you’re due to arrive at the airport by ringing our call centre on 0330 333 9268.. If you make any changes within 24 hours of your arrival time, please speak to a team member at the customer service desk on arrival.
