The problem began inside warranty yet I cannot get a refund, and why would I want a faulty piece of equipment that I cannot use. Equipment failing is a part of life but the hassle this causes can be offset by good customer service and sadly this is an area where Gear4Music have failed badly in this particular incidence. I won't be using them again.

I let gear4music know that they had not supplied an adaptor, so I still did not have a power unit, but I can go and buy one, if they put 100 nok discount on my account. I was told, ok but only if the adaptor is not less than 100 nok. At which point I gave up. It's a shame that they've behaved like this, I thought I was a pretty good customer.
