Using your Cash Management Online Banking account, you can enter the checks you issued; GenoaBank will compare the checks you entered into Online Banking to the checks that we receive for payment. When GenoaBank receives a check that does not match the checks you entered in Online Banking, the system creates an “exception item”.

You may schedule payments to be initiated on the current business day, on a future date, or on the same date of each month. Although you can enter payment information through GCB-online twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, payments can be initiated only on business days.
