Oct 17, 2018 · My wife's android phone attempts an update, recognizes that it has the most recent update, but iOS 13.1.3 won't even allow a connection in the app to confirm if it has the most recent software update. A possible workaround might be to log into your GizmoHub account from an android phone and update the gizmo watch from there.
