Jul 05, 2017 · I got sent an email from "Concierge" which is a program run by The Good Guys. It claims I can get $20 off with no min spend in-store. A phone number is also attached which is the legitimate customer service number. Due to the lack of info, I'm skeptical this is a ploy to get me in store and push me to buy products.

Your $20 Concierge Store Credit can be redeemed either online or at any of The Good Guys stores across Australia, by the expiry date specified in the SMS or email. For customers who purchase multiple Gold Service Extras, a maximum of nine $20 Concierge Store Credit will be issued in any 12 month period from date of purchase.
