Google worked with educators across the country to create Classroom: a streamlined, easy-to-use tool that helps teachers manage coursework. With Classroom, educators can create classes, distribute assignments, grade and send feedback, and see everything in one place.

Sign in - Google Accounts

Go to classroom.google.com and click Go to Classroom. Enter your username and click Next. Enter your password and click Next. If there is a welcome message, read it and click Accept.

As a teacher, one of the first things you'll do in Classroom is create a class for each of the classes you teach. In a class, you can assign work and post announcements to students. Anyone over 13 can create a class using a personal Google Account.

Join a class with a class code—If your teacher gives you a class code, use this code to add yourself to the class. Your teacher might give you the code while you’re in class or email it to you. Accept an invitation from your teacher—If your teacher sends you an invitation, you’ll see Join on the class card on your Classroom homepage.

If you use Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS), Google School Directory Sync (SDS), or any other sync tool, or if you already have a group containing all the teachers or staff in your domain, you can add those groups to the Classroom Teachers group.
