To sign up for Google Wallet, you’ll need to have a Google account. To create a free Google account, click here. After this you will have to set your Google Wallet Account. The settings includes; Your debit Card details, Name, PIN pass-code, address, etc.

Requirements Needed To Sign Up Google Wallet. Applicant must be principal owner of the business or at least 51% ownership. Business must be located within the United States. Federal Tax ID# (for corporations only) (Valid SS# for Sole Props) Social Security Number. Active US Commercial checking account DDA and Routing numbers.

To create a Google Wallet Merchant Center account: Sign in to your Google Play Developer Console. From the side menu, click Reports. From the left menu, click Financial Reports. Click set up a merchant account now. Type in your business information. Then click Submit.
