Aug 07, 2016 · I use smith and got a carpet cleaning job through them that paid 180.00 for a large room cleaning. I use other lead site like HomeAdvisor and Thumbtack also and think Smith would be much better than both of them if they had more leads.

When I asked for the refund I got no answer whatsoever,they provide fake customers, like the one that they have service contract with sears, and when you call those customers either they don't answer or they get mad at you for calling them.they also sell the llead to few other companies.they are a scam just like YEXT, HOME ADVISOR ...

Terrible scam. Purchased few credits to try it. Next day they sent jobs without my acceptance to claim all credits. Just received a text they are closing doors end of month. 1/31/20
