Grant Login Access Salesforce

Click the Grant Account Login Access subheading from the Personal section of the My Settings page (shown in the figure). The Grant Account Login Access page appears. Grant support and/or administrator access for a duration of up to one year by selecting the appropriate time frame from the Access Duration picklist.

Dec 06, 2017 · I already tried that but the “Grant Login Access” functionality is only for 3rd party companies whose apps are installed in our org, or for Salesforce support, to be able to log into our org. I want to grant access to a third party vendor who does not have any apps installed in our org. Thanks

Oct 30, 2019 · Click on the logged in user's avatar in the top right-hand side of the screen and choose Settings. Click on Grant Account Login Access. Use the Access Duration picklist to set the number of days to allow Login Access. Click Save.

Mar 05, 2020 · In the "Grant Login Access" page there is the ability to grant access for another person to login with your account. How can I programmatically detect whether this is enabled for a given user? Is it possible to programmatically disable this functionality? Danny.

I am the admin, logged in as a user and trying to Grant Login Access to Salesforce but I am getting an 'Insufficient Privileges' message. The User profile is pretty locked down. Does anyone know which permissions are needed ..... or is this not possible?<br><br>Thanks

Grant login access to your administrator as a permission Accounts & Contacts Administrator's should be able to login to a users account without them having to set the expiration date.
