Griggs International Academy is an online high school program that offers college preparatory and basic diploma options for distance learners. GIA provides the excellent academic quality that parents and students expect. We are proud to be a multiple-accredited school (state, regional and national) and we look forward to serving you!

Elementary. Enrollment in Griggs International Academy's regionally accredited programs for Kindergarten through Grade 8 includes tuition, textbooks and online study materials, daily lesson plans for lower grades, exams, teacher assistance, grading services, record keeping, report cards and transcript services.

Griggs University was nationally accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council (now the Distance Education Accrediting Commission) from January 1991 to March 2015. Following the completion of the merger with Andrews University, Griggs University was officially retired, with DETC accreditation ended in March 2015.

Online Education. Continuing education supports our employees in meeting and developing the specialized clinical knowledge required to treat the older adult population. GRS employees can access more than 800 education courses online via GRS University or GRS Institute. Free or discounted access is granted based on job role and status.

Frederick Griggs. Griggs International Academy is named in honor of Frederick Griggs (1867-1952). Frederick Griggs attended Battle Creek College, the University of Buffalo, and Washington Missionary College.
