Simply dip the tip of the spring stick into the bottle of ink, press the spring stick down, and release the stick to draw the ink up into the converter.
Simple to Put Together: The Filler is made up of three parts: a converter, a white connector, and a needle. Simply connect the converter and needle to the connector at the correct end (as shown in the video). It's simple to do if you wrap a cloth around it and apply grease to the connector. You may need to push it a little harder the first time you put it together.
