Dell Young Leaders Bursary Program. Dell Young Leaders Program was created by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, to address the education issues of South African children. The program helps up to 100 South Africans from poor areas across the University of Cape Town and University of Pretoria, who wish to pursue a professional degree.

The Dell Young Leaders program helps young people from disadvantaged backgrounds graduate from university and find jobs. We empower university students with the training and tools they’ll need for successful careers and brighter futures.

Jul 29, 2015 · About the Dell Young Leaders Bursary. The Dell Foundation offers talented individuals the opportunity to complete their studies via their Young Leaders Bursary fund. They offer candidates a variety of study fields and do not hold candidates back upon graduation, thus, candidates may apply for work at any company after completion of their studies.
