Denon Pandora Problem Login

Oct 10, 2018 · From Denon Support when asked if we really had to wait until January for an update to correct the Pandora issue: Thank you for your email. We are aware of a login issue with Pandora on our products that support it. Please be advised we are actively investigating the problem. Please visit usa.denon.com and click on Support. The ALERTS. NEWS.

After firmware upgrade of Denon AVR-1913 to 9290-3169-0000-6432-8097 last week, Pandora login does not complete, simply showing "OK" after a very brief "Please wait...". I suspect the firmware, rather than Pandora, due to timing of problem; Pandora login is fine on other platforms. Other network features seem ok.

Log-in on your product to listen to Pandora there, or visit the Pandora homepage online at www.pandora.com to listen on your computer.. If your product still indicates that you need to activate Pandora, enter the activation code in the field above and go through the set-up process again.

Aug 25, 2016 · A few days ago, my Denon X4000 quit playing Pandora. It would go to the screen asking for my Pandora account name and password, (which it previously had always remembered). But even when I entered the name and pw, it just hung. After a couple days, I went to the Denon site and saw a message that they knew about a problem and were working on it.
