Feb 05, 2015 · The problem is that whenever I try to login to the 32 Channel NVR with built in 16 channel POE from my Samsung Galaxy S4 using the TechproSS Lite app, it keeps saying "Login Timed out" and if i keep trying it then locks the user saying "User Blocked" I am using the Admin account and i am on the same LAN as the NVR.
