RemoteTech Overview. RemoteTech is a service call management software that is an add-on module product to e-automate. RemoteTech gives your field service technicians the ability to get service call information, manage service activities, and input service call data while out in the field using a laptop, iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile, or Blackberry.

Within e-automate, the help is arranged departmentally, referencing familiar areas of business performed in most companies (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.). Within most areas, Administrative and Functional books group step-by-step procedures that can be followed interactively with the e-automate system by moving between the Help and e-automate Task windows.
