PAWS (Panther Access to Web Services) is an online system which enables students, faculty, staff, and annuitants to access a variety of information via the Internet. PAWS is available 24 hours a day except 6 a.m. - 12 p.m. Sundays and other times with prior notification to your EIU email address.

Logging into Panthermail: Go to EIU's main page. Click on Panthermail (top right, next to A-Z). Read information from ITS then click on Login To Panthermail, left column. Enter your Net ID and password. (You can find this in your information packet from Admissions or by entering your MyEIU portal)

Accessing Your Panthermail Go to Eastern’s homepage. Click the “Panthermail” link from the top right-hand corner of your screen. Enter your EIU Net ID and password.

Sign-in to Office 365 at EIU. To sign-in to Office 365 at EIU, go to the EIU homepage and click on the PantherMail link in the top-right side of the title bar. PantherMail uses Microsoft Outlook (part of Office 365) for the EIU email system.

Please enter your Eastern Illinois University Net ID and password. When finished, select Login. Please Note: Net ID and password are Case Sensitive.
