Mar 29, 2017 · Click the hand icon to start the Fingerprint Logon Manager. Touch the reader with any registered finger to display the Fingerprint Logon Manager dialog box. Click the account that you want to change, and then click Change. In the Edit Fingerprint Logon dialog box, change your existing account information in the appropriate text boxes. Click OK.

Jul 17, 2016 · Downloaded the driver and rebooted my laptop as it prompted. After this I could see link to scan my finger prints. Click on ‘User your fingerprint with Windows’ that takes you to a window where you can select your finger and scan prints. Mar 19, 2020 · Fingerprint was working nicely as expected. Next day I installed a couple of simple programs like browser and then a big Windows update was needed. I was then prompted with the need to set up Windows Hello and a PIN. Somewhere along this, the fingerprint sign in stopped working.
