Dell Laptop Wont Go To Login Screen

Dell Laptop will not go to login screen Dell Inspiron 14 3452 My laptop repeatively pops the dell logo for a few seconds but then goes black and then pops the dell logo again.

Reset procedure: unplug, remove or disconnect battery. Hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall memory modules and hard drive. Power on AC only - if it will, but won't with the battery, the battery is bad. If it still won't get past POST, unplug everything USB and try again. If you then still get nothing, it's likely a bad mainboard.

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series. I turn it in and it powers up, and goes the the screen where you can enter your password to get in. But the password part doesn’t pop up, it’s just the the background picture and date and time that are there.

Laptop is not showing the login window I have a dell inspiron 5520 since last four years. Yesterday I uninstalled the amd catayst driver and then again reinstalled but a black screen appeared.

Laptop is stuck on the Dell loading screen Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 5567 and yesterday it had an issue where it got stuck on the “Advanced Repair” or something screen. Although, I managed to go through that and managed to get to my desktop by using one of the Advanced Repair options (restore previous session).

Try powering up on AC only -- if it will, but won't with the battery installed, the battery is bad and will need replacement. If it still won't power up, remove the hard drive.
