Freebsd Login Manager

Aug 27, 2010 · My PC boots up with console login. I read somewhere about slim - The simple login manager. I installed it from ports and now have a graphical login. But there are no options like in gdm or kdm. Has anyone used or is using slim? Perhaps I missed some configuration.

Dec 17, 2017 · Although the keyboard is set correctly in the console, it does not work correctly in the slim login screen. If I login the system without slim enabled and start Xorg by using the command startx everything is perfect. Language is set correctly and restart and shutdown buttons work.
