Dec 13, 2013 · I can get in to do a reset but that password doesn't work once I log out from resetting. I can still login to Windows Live and access the other three accounts and I can see the 4th account but every time I try and do anything in that account like send an email I'm prompted for a password and it won't accept anything I put in there.
