Generation Log In Loadrunner

Jun 15, 2019 · The chapter of LoadRunner log is incomplete without discussing the log settings. Recording Log, Regeneration Log and Compilation Log are generated by VuGen which cannot be controlled by us, but the depth of Replay Logs can be adjusted by Log Setting available in the Runtime Settings of VuGen/Controller.

The generation log will be generated when you stop the recording. It is called code generation. When you start recording - everything will get in to Recording log When you stop recording - The traces will be converted to readable format and stored under generation log.
