Hi Maya, if you are sure you cleared the cookies and cache, and can't even log in to www.google.com on any device, then you should probably check with the IT department that your account has already been set up correctly, if you haven't already done so.

I'm setting up ADFS 2.0 using Google Apps SSO and have followed the Google Apps SSO instructions to the "t". I've also setup ADFS 2.0 side of things. When I login to my google apps sign in page it directs me back to my ADFS server.
